oceanBLU were proud to create a new character (also known as a puppet) for WPP using Character Animator.

Once created and automatic triggers (or actions) loaded, it's then over to your performance to bring the character to life. Using your webcam and microphone, Character Animator revolutionises live-performance animation with automatic lip sync and face and body tracking.

A creative brief required a creative look. WPP required a set of graphics to help illustrate modules and the capabilities within their brand platform BAV, the largest, most comprehensive brand analytics platform in the world. The result was a bright and fun collection of graphics that ticked all of their brand boxes.

We have been working with The Window Company since 2015, developing their website to a level that would reflect their vast knowledge and experience in the window and door trade. oceanBLU provided Elite Cleaning Southern Ltd. with a new business package, starting with a logo and brand identity. From there we designed and printed their business cards and stationery. Once the basics were in place, we designed and built a brand spanking new website, complete with optimised versions for both tablet and mobile devices. As soon as Elite were ready to 'clean up', oceanBLU designed and printed double-sided flyers for door drops around the local area.

Residents of a Southampton community group created a themed 'Mosaic Way' and oceanBLU were pleased to turn the handmade mosaic tiles, inspired by nature in the local area, into graphic versions so they could be printed clearly onto the road signs.

Working with the UK's biggest home improvement retailer B&Q and publishing giants Thames & Hudson, oceanBLU were proud to project manage this number one selling DIY book. Packed with practical, inspirational and eco-aware advice, this 364-page DIY bible proved a big hit, selling over 260,000 copies. The book was also nominated for the 'Best Illustrated Book' at the British Book Design & Production Awards and can still be found in many homes up and down the country.



The success of the project brought two new titles to the B&Q library; B&Q Outdoor Living and B&Q Understanding Colour, and once again, these books were project managed by oceanBLU.
